Connect with your heart -feel the love and enjoy!!

Cacao ceremonies are rooted in shamanic healing to restore balance in the mind, body, and spirit without the use of psychedelics. Ceremonial cacao is high grade and thus affects the nervous, cardiovascular, and chakra systems to help open the heart, relax the body and your shift consciousness.

Cacao is known to reset the system and balance our internal energy. The ceremony is matched with a series of ritualistic exercises to help the individual move through the transformation effortlessly.

Cacao's heart-opening properties are often attributed to its high levels of theobromine, a mild stimulant that's believed to boost mood temporarily. Most ceremonies also include at least one other modality that helps bring participants into an altered state—meditation, sound baths, dance, or, in many cases, breathwork.

We choose to forego any sweetener to experience the ceremony just as the Mayans did, keeping the cacao as pure as possible.

Cacao is one of the healthiest superfoods in the world.

It contains 400–500 different compounds. Here are just a few of the goodies it has: iron, theobromine, magnesium, zinc, phosphorous, antioxidants (Ceremonial Cacao is the highest antioxidant food in the world!). But besides all of these great ingredients, the two main reasons why most people love cacao are:
• PHENYLETHYLAMINE: The famous love chemical, usually only produced by the brain, gives you the happy-exciting feeling you feel when falling in love.
• ANANDAMIDE: The bliss chemical makes you feel euphoric and therefore works as a natural antidepressant.

Yoga Nidra

We thought we would share a bit of back story on this ancient practice, also known as  “yogic sleep.” It is essentially like exercise without any physical movement. In fact, it induces that sacred state of mind between sleep and being awake. Yoga Nidra can also be likened to an extended Savasana ( also known as Corpse Pose in traditional yoga practice).
You simply lie on your back, get comfortable, close your eyes, and settle in.

During the session, your body transitions into stillness. A deep feeling of tranquility and relaxation takes place, as you experience a truly transformational experience of inner calm. This manages to decrease any "mind chatter" you likely experience in your daily life. After the session, you will feel unparalleled relaxation and rejuvenation. Yoga Nidra is intended to bring the body into complete physical, mental and emotional rest and unity.
